Volunteer Development

ASPIRE to put something back, learn new skills AND make a difference…..

What have YOU done to today to make you feel proud?

Be involved

Volunteers are the lifeblood of sport.

There are 5,821,400 sport volunteers in England – that’s 14% of the adult population.

NOW is an ideal time to become involved as a sport volunteer in Cambridge!

Did you know?

Volunteering is for everyone; you do not need previous experience to take part.

You don’t have to be sporty or athletic to get involved!

There are opportunities for all – regardless of age or ability.

Volunteering is extremely rewarding.

Anyone aged 14 or older can volunteer.

Why volunteer?

  • Have fun!
  • Do something new
  • Contribute to the well being of your community
  • Meet new people
  • Make a difference
  • Be part of sports development projects
  • Help others
  • Learn a new skill
  • Gain training qualifications
  • Sense of achievement
  • Put something back
