Year 3/4 Festival - Festivals have been set for each Family of Schools for their Year 3 & 4 children. Each school will choose children to attend an either a morning or afternoon of skills and games. Watch this space for dates within each Family.

Year 5/6 Tournament - The Cambridge School Sports Partnership culminates each year with a Year 5 & 6 Tournament. In year's past, we invited all schools to enter two teams to the Netherhall Upper School for an afternoon of 4 v 4 basketball games. This year we are breaking the tournament up into four venues for Qualifying Rounds which will culminate at St Bedes on the 29th of June 29 for the finals. Most schools have had basketball within curriculum time so we look forward to the turnout for the Qualifying Rounds.

Curriculum & OSHL in the Schools - Our Community Basketball Coach, Carolyn Jupp, is supporting our 43 primary schools to develop OSHL clubs, as part of our BIG Lottery Fund OSHL programme. She also provides curriculum time where she works with the teachers to increase their knowledge base so that when she leaves the school, the teachers can carry on.

Qualifying Rounds - The Cambridge School Sports Partnership held 3 qualifying tournaments for her primary schools during the month of March, 2010. Over 120 children and 14 teams participated in the qualifying rounds held at 3 venues in and around Cambridge City.
