The Cambridge School Sports Partnership has a school’s programme called 'HotShots'. Since it’s inception, it has gone from strength to strength.

Last year over 50 children in school years Yr 4 - 6 and 50 young people from Year 7 & 8 registered for the afterschool club. The sessions were spread out across 4 venues in and around Cambridge City. Carolyn Jupp was assisted by Zoe Oram and Kayleigh Hubbard.

From it, several of the children played for the U13 County Basketball Team and others progressed to local clubs; ie, Cambridge Cats or Cambridge Cougars.

This year’s HotShots programme is preparing to start at the following venues and times:

BOTTISHAM VILLAGE COLLEGE – MONDAYS (4.30 - 6.00)
